The first time you use our Photo Creation Software, there will be a very short download - usually less than a minute. Don't worry! It is absolutely safe and virus-free. Here's how it works:
BRIEF ONE-TIME DOWNLOAD
Our Photo Creation Software is incredibly fast; your digital pictures will load in just seconds! That's because you don't have to upload them to the internet before you start. Instead, your pictures are loaded into our software directly from your computer or media storage device (see below).
To make this magic possible, our software actually downloads to your computer the first time you use it. The download only takes about one minute to install and is less than a megabyte in size. After that, you can start using our Photo Creation Software without delay every time you visit our store!
This means you can start making your creations almost instantly! Combined with our Smart Arrangement(tm) technology, your project can be finished in just minutes!

LOADING YOUR PICTURES
Our Photo Creation Software can use digital pictures from any Media Storage Device you have connected to your computer. That includes Jump Drives (also called Thumb Drives or Flash Drives), CD-ROMS, and memory cards from your digital camera.
Just attach a Media Storage Device to your computer and select it from the Open Dialog box when you click Add Photos. Different devices can be found by clicking the "Look in:" drop-down menu. You can use pictures from many different devices.
PLEASE LEAVE YOUR MEDIA STORAGE DEVICE CONNECTED TO YOUR COMPUTER UNTIL YOU FINISH AND UPLOAD YOUR FINISHED PRODUCT(S).
Jump Drives are connected to your computer by any USB port.
Your digital camera may connect directly to your computer by USB port or require a memory card reader that attaches to your computer. If you don't know how your camera works, please consult your digital camera Operation Manual for specific directions.
